Vacuum Forming is our speciality, whether it is a one off prototype, or a short run for production. Accuvac Prototypes have been trading since 1982, and in our early days a lot of our work centered around motor sports, but now vacuum forming and models are done for a much wider range of industries.

The largest Vaccum Formings we can manufacture, fit within a 980 x 650 mm frame and the smallest being 430 x 280.

If you need vacuum formings for short run production, or to just prove a concept, we can help and have vast experience in areas such as Point of Sale, Formula 1, Rally Cars, Tank testing of Hull designs and Oil Platforms, Film Props and general industrial.

Apart from vacuum forming, we are also experienced Pattern Makers for foundry work and work closely with toolmakers within the gravity casting industry.
